At Tail Squad, every product is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, safety, and joy to your pet. We truly hope your furry family member loves their new space.

However, if something isn’t quite right, we promise to make it right — smoothly and respectfully.

🌿 Our 3-Day Comfort Promise

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

• You received a damaged product
  
• There is a manufacturing defect
  
• You received the wrong item
  
• You need a different size (exchange only, subject to availability)
  

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed
  
• In original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  

Because our products are made for pets and hygiene matters deeply, we cannot accept returns on used items.

📲 Special Policy for Smart ID products

For hygiene, security, and activation reasons, Smart Collars or Harnesses (QR) are eligible for return or exchange only if they have not been registered or activated.

Once a Smart Collar has been registered, linked to a pet profile, or activated on our platform, it becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof, and our team will assist you promptly.

💛 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at [help@tailsquad.in] within 3 days of delivery
   
2. Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the concern
   
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours
   
4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are processed after a quick quality check once the product reaches us
  
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via secure bank transfer

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on product availability
  
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
  
  - A different product
  - A full refund

We allow one exchange per order to ensure fairness for all customers.

- Tail Squad shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items if the customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy. In case you have purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
